Meet Izzy! Age 2mos Phoenix AZ. Izzy is one of 4 sweet girls that made it out of our county shelter alive with their mama Dori. Mama Dori found herself pregnant and on the county euthanasia list. She was terrified.....yet she had to give birth to 8 precious souls in a small cold kennel on the concrete floor. I don't have it in me to go into the sad and disturbing details....but only 4 of her babies survived. A loving human worked tirelessly to get this little family into the safe harbor of Fur The Paws Rescue and she willingly is fostering this beautiful family. We cannot begin to imagine what this mama went through, but fast forward a few months and she is thriving, happy, playful and the best mama ever! Izzy, one of her four chonky adorable baby girls is ready to look for her fur-ever home. They are all gorgeous black (some white chest spots) American Pit Bull Terriers weighing in currently at about 6-7lbs. All girls are heathy, UTD on age-appropriate shots and will be microchipped and spayed PRIOR to going into their fur-ever homes. They are so playful and watching them run around and play with mama warms the depths of our hearts. So, who's looking for a chonky gremlin to brighten their days?
