About Pingu

Meet adoptable Pingu! Pingu was surrendered to our shelter after his previous owners were evicted from their previous home. Unfortunately, this event left his previous owners homeless with no place for Pingu or the other dogs in the home to go. Now, Pingu is seeking a new forever home! Pingu is so sweet he will rot your teeth off! He LOOOOVES people and always stays close to where the humans are. It is so relaxing just snuggling with this chunky guy as he is the perfect couch potato. All you have to worry about with Pingu is surprise kisses! He gets along great with other dogs and would make an outstanding playmate for your existing pets if you're willing to give him that chance! Pingu had been around small children in his previous home and did fantastic with them, so he would be good for a home with kiddos to cuddle with him too. Pingu is 7 months old and weighs 38 pounds currently. We think he still has some room to grow and may be around 50 pounds once full grown! He has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has tested negative for heartworm disease in shelter.
