Roman's temperament is wired to be a family dog. He enjoys all of the attention he can get from his family from the smallest of children to adults. He will negotiate for as many hugs, belly rubs, and treats as he can get. He enjoys the company of consistent visitors. He has above average manners on leash and walking. He is attentive of but not much distracted by other dogs on walks. He is known to live and get along with other dogs big or small, and blends with the pack well when properly introduced. Loves to admire and lay in the grass. His entire veterinarian office can vouch to his temperament and would approve of him being in a family setting. He will alarm of strangers on property with reasonable discernment until further direction from his family members. He has a sensitive stomach, so food needs to be carefully selected.
