About Peter Piper

Peter Piper is a seven year, male, blonde, chi mix who weighs 6.6lbs.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 He was dumped in the stairwell of a school and no one knew how long he had been there.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 This is such a sad, neglectful story of cruel people who got rid of this dog and left him.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 On a good note ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|.. Peter Piper is now with us and his future will change.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Here is the note from the vet office who cared for Peter Piper when he was rescued and before he came to us: ��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 'When we first received the call from ��%BD��%BD%BD%A0******** High School that they found a little dog on the stairwell, they told me he was trembling and crying. They went and got a blanket, picked him up and put him in a cardboard box with the blanket and he hid under the blanket. Later that day when he came to us, he was doing the same thing. We immediately took him to the vet.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 He was so scared he couldn't even lift his head. It broke our hearts. Two weeks later with the wonderful staff at our animal hospital, Peter Piper is now wagging his tail and giving everybody kisses.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 We will never know what Peter Piper has been through, but from now on he will know��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 nothing but love��%BD��%BD%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%8F' ��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Little Peter Piper is with us now and needs a quiet, loving foster home.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Would you consider changing this dog's life for the better?��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 He just arrived and is with our vet getting his updated vaccinations and heartworm test.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 The vet staff who cared for him did a rabies vaccination, but our rescue is responsible for the remainder of his vetting.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Donations are always needed and appreciated.��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Thank you! ��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 Adoption fee $400 ��%BD��%BD%BD%A0 UPDATE: Peter Piper arrived last week.��%BD%A0 He was the tiny 6lb little chi boy dumped in a stairwell of a school.��%BD%A0 Peter Piper has seen our vet and had all vaccinations.��%BD%A0 He is pending a dental.��%BD%A0 This little guy is adjusting well in his foster home. ��%BD%A0 He is still reserved and quiet, but seems content to be in a pack and living in the house.��%BD%A0 He is very well behaved and loves to be held.��%BD%A0 There is just a sadness in his eyes that tell a story we will never know. ��%BD%A0 For now, Peter Piper is eating well and settling in.��%BD%A0 Foster mom loves to see his tail wag.��%BD%A0 His little tail is wagging more each day. ��%BD%A0 This little boy deserves to be held closely and kissed for the rest of his life.��%BD%A0 He is adorable. ��%BD%A0 Please consider donating toward his dental procedure and vetting. ��%BD%A0 We appreciate it. ��%BD%A0 What a difference love, kindness, good food and not to mention a dental with 13 tooth extractions.�%A0 Peter Piper is thriving and has gained weight.�%A0 He no longer looks like a skeleton.�%A0 This sweet boy is indeed a senior, but his heart is young, strong and full of love to give.�%A0 He is finishing up his antibiotics from his dental.
