About Rocky

Rocky is a sweet dog who loves his family but is protective and anxious with unknown people coming over to his house. Unfortunately we live in a busy neighborhood with a high traffic household where friends and family are constantly coming in and out. This lifestyle does not seem to be serving him well. He would be best suited in a more rural location in a house that does not have a lot of visitors. He loves kids but seems like a single owner or couple without kids might be best to again provide a less busy environment and allow for the owners to concentrate on Rocky and ongoing training to help him be less anxious and protective of his home and family. His trainer thinks he would especially do well on a farm where he could have a job that keeps him busy and gives him a purpose.
