About Kobe

Kobe is a very sweet and affectionate dog that wants to be with his people. He gets along great with the other dog in the household. He is wonderful with people and dogs when properly introduced. He has a very strong protective instinct that doesn't work well in his current location. He does have a single bite history. A neighbor reached over the fence while petting the other dog and Kobe lunged towards the neighbor and caught their forearm. It was more of a fly-by protective reaction. To respect the neighbors, Kobe needs to find a more conducive home to his temperment. He has excellent recall and has undergone significant training. He walks on a loose leash but he is reactive to other dogs while on leash. He has a incredible smile. He has impeccable house manners and is crate trained. He has done great with the children he has encountered in the home. He would prefer to be with another dog and could really use a job.
