Farfal was found as a stray in rough condition. His hair was matted and he was skinny from a tapeworm infestation. A foster has this to say: Farfal has definitely had a tough past and he shows it by his fear of trust. He takes some time to warm up to people, but let me tell you, it's worth it! When he feels unsafe he will respond with fear-based aggression. He needs to be handled very slowly. Once he felt comfortable with me (took about 5 days), he was quick to show me that he felt safe. After a few weeks, he allowed brushing, went for walks, and had supervised play time with several dogs at a time. If you'd like to meet Farfal, he is currently staying with the Chow Chow Network of PA, near Pittsburg, PA. **Paid transport can be arranged. Transport costs range from $200-400.** If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application @ https://form.jotform.us/41173109602142.
