About Murray

Murray was born December of 2019 and has been such a sweet dog! We were told he was a pure bred when we got him but he resembles more of an akbash/pyrenese mix. He loves other dogs and has been with our second dog for the last 2 years. He's recently become an escape artist and made it very hard with our yard.. despite all of our efforts and solutions we have tried! He is a very chill dog who LOVES people. He has been solely outdoors for the last 8 months and loves it.. he was very stubborn about being brought in at night. He is a happy roamer but loves to be taken on hikes, paddle boards, and in his kennel in the back of the truck! Mur does have the qualities of a pyr that make him not the most pleasant to walk the first 30 min (he pulls), protective barking at times, and independent. But he is the best outside, happy to be alive dog! We are so sad to rehome him but don't feel keeping him in a dog run is best for him and he won't stay in our yard without it..(we have a 5 ft chain link fence he figured out how to jump over) We would love to see him go somewhere he can have his yard back!
