I met this dog yesterday at ACCT Philly. We were going to adopt him, but were told he had to go to a home with no other pets. We were also told he walked on leash to meet us with no reaction to the leash or the other dogs in kennels. Mixed messages for sure. He is so sweet, affectionate, trusting. I'm compelled to find him a good home. I have a rescue that will pull him if I line up a home for him. We ended up pulling another GSD from the same shelter. His owner died, he's good with kids. I truly believe with a loving home and some work he could thrive.
