I got Daisy from the Humane Society 2/23. She was severely abused. She never had a collar or leash, but now she likes walks and doesn't mind her collar. She was branded on her head and had visible signs of abuse. She loves to be outside in the sun and run. I have always had a doggy door and she is fully potty trained. She has slept in my bed since I got her or on the floor next to me. She is sooo sweet and just wants love. Daisy weighs 66 lbs and I think she is full grown. I recently went through a separation and now living in an apartment. I work 10hr shift and it's too much time to be in her kennel. It ends up being 12 hrs with commuting time. She has a large kennel 46 inches that she like to go to and rest, I just keep the door open when I'm home. She can sit, shake, down and sit up on her hind legs. Daisy does best with a female and very skittish of men. With a heavy heart I think she deserves a good home with a yard and someone who is home more than I am. All her shots are current. She goes to VCA animal hospital on Longley . I have also had her there to board. Daisy has been with a older black lab for the past year, they were inseparable . She would do really well with a dog that's not aggressive. She gets super excited when you come home, she will jump on you , but I use a rolled up news paper and gently use it to touch her nose, I do not hit her with it. She is a super sensitive dog. Please read up on Black Mouth Curs. They are very loyal, protective to their families and do best with female owners.and need daily exercise. You must have a big yard and lots of love to give her. Their life span is 12-14 years.. she is not even 2 yet. I just want her to have a life with no stress and lots of love. I will deposit the $250 at her vet as a credit. I don't want the money, I want a good home.
