About Malutek

Adoption Fee: $500
Poodle / Cairn
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Malutek is an incredibly sweet, 11.8-pound, three-year-old, scruffy and adorable Poodley-looking terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Malutek bonds instantly and lovingly with people. She follows her people from room to room, sleeps in your bed and gets along beautifully with other dogs and dog-friendly cats. Found stray without a collar with tags, or microchip, her family was never found. She is perfectly housebroken, and non-destructive in the home (except for a tennis ball or two). She loves her toys and enjoys throwing them up in the air to chase. She is very quiet, (unless you attempt to crate her), so she could live in an apartment, condo, townhouse or house. She is just a delightful companion. I always recommend attending a training class with your new dog to develop a stronger bond and a common language in commands. Maly (as her friends call her) is looking for a person, couple, or family who have the time in their lives to adore a new pet, and take walks. She loves her walks. She is extremely healthy, will be spayed Tuesday, April 23rd, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, microchipped, and will soon be tested for heartworm when spayed. Her adoption fee of $500 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. To meet and possibly adopt Maly, please fill out an adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/dog-adoption-application/ and follow up to meet her by e-mailing [email protected] She's currently being fostered in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
