About Macy

We have had Macy, since she was a puppy! She is now an oldie at 16 years old. Although she is old, she still has so much of her health. She is deaf, has a hard time seeing things, and is weak when it comes to climbing stairs and jumping up and down. But she is still a curious little girl and loves to follow her person around the house in between all her naps. She sleeps most of the day in her favorite cushiony dog bed! Her favorite part of the day is probably meal time! She has breakfast and dinner, and treats in between. Sometimes we give her lunch if she seems really hungry. She is missing a good amount of her teeth (you'll occasionally see her tongue sticking out and about). Because of her dental situation, she likes to snack on small bites of steamed sweet potatoes, apples, and soft food. For her main meals, I mix a bit of soft food with dried food. She loves peanut butter on small biscuit treats as a fun snack as well! Macy has been very well loved in our home. She is a happy and healthy pup but we are moving far away, and are unable to bring her / provide the right care for her. We will miss her, but we hope you will love our Miss Macy as much as we do!
