I can't understand why anyone would do this to him because he is the perfect dog! He is housebroken, crate trained, great with dogs�'�|big and small, he likes cats, loves car rides and is stunning! He is estimated to be 1yr to 18 mths old! He is good with all humans! He has some skin issues that the rescue is treating and will be stunning when cleared!
