About Buddy Holly

We've been calling him Buddy Holly & I'd like to tell you a bit about him. We think he's a 4-6 year old, well manicured Red Nosed American Bully. At first we thought red nose pit but he's very small and very short. His body is like a bulldog. He's a small lil stocky potato with a big ol' head. Haha. He has beautiful golden, pouty eyes and a gorgeous crimson and white coat. He was well taken care of. He's a little bashful, but playful & he's just a big meatball. A typical day for him consists of pretty much lounging around all day with hourly power naps in my kennel. He likes to keep in shape by frolicking in the yard for whole seconds & minutes at a time with his foster sister. Hes completely house trained & keeps his kennel clean. He's exceptionally easy going and loves a routine. He was found abandoned in the wrightwood California mountains. It was freezing and hailing. I had my rescue with me so I couldn't catch him. Id have never been there except I went for a drive because I just lost my wolf hybrid of 18 years and everything reminded me of him. This guy was up there all alone, freezing and hungry. He was so dirty and skinny. I called everyone, scoured the internet and yelled for help to everyone. There were reports of mountain lions in the area. I found a trapper that said the only way they would help is if I took him so I did. I'm now doing everything I can to find him a home he so deserves. Hes a happy go lucky love bug! So far he's been fantastic with everyone and every dog. No cat info yet unfortunately.
