KENNELED W FEMALE DOG, NO BEHAVIOR ISSUES Please help us find a loving home or foster and/or rescue asap for this sweet gentleman the Palmdale shelter fondly named 'Fonzie'. Fonzi has received his 3rd warning from the shelter, and must have an exit plan by 5/1 or will be euthanized. Please, can someone adopt or foster/rescue him before he is euthanized for space? Fonzie scored a wonderful 1 as being the highest on his behavior during intake, so the shelter said he has no behavior concerns and therefore did not even need a behavior assessment. He is also kenneled with an unrelated female german shepherd who he has been fine with. He was found as a stray on 3/30/24, and he clearly seems dumped due to noticeable neglect with fly strike on ears. The shelter estimates Fonzie is 10 years young, has an 'upright body posture, soft eyes and quiet vocalization'. We have his full medical notes if you need them. Fonzie is now at risk for euthanasia soon due to lack of space and high intake.
