This is Roscoe. He is 9 years old, and weighs 7 lbs. Very friendly and cuddly and does well with other dogs. Arms and legs are a bit stiff possibly due to early arthritis as he has not been exercised ever by his previous owners. Tries his best to pee on potty pads.
