About Sarge

Sarge- 1 yr old male Great Dane- Neutered & UTD on vet care, vaccine & preventatives -Good with other dogs, big & small -Good with cats -Kids 8+ yrs old due to no known exposure to younger kids- Crate trained and housebroken- Location Nashville TN area- We adopt NATIONWIDE Sarge is a sweet Velcro pup. He enjoys playing with his people and canine friends, both big and small, then snuggling on the couch. Sarge is a special looking fella looking for a special family. He was attacked at 2.5 months and it was left untreated until he was surrendered to LFAR 6 months later. His jaw was damaged and fused almost completely closed. He had just enough room to suck in food. He has had oral surgery & dental work to correct this. Now he can eat, chew and bark like a regular dog and can live a normal healthy life. He will need to have regular check ups on his teeth for his life. Every day is tongue out Tuesday. lol! His skull and snout grew differently. He has an endearing lopsided smile. He's perfectly imperfect!! Sarge is neutered and UTD on vet care, vaccines and preventatives. He is currently in a foster home in the Nashville TN area. We adopt NATIONWIDE but require adopters to travel to the foster home with their current dog/dogs (to ensure they will be friends) to pick up. Out of respect for our foster family's time and privacy, we do NOT arrange meet and greets without an approved application on file. His adoption fee is $300.
