He's is anticipated to stay under 25lbs . He's a friendly little guy who loves attention. He is learning basic commands and puppy training but needs more one on one. He is neutered, microchipped, utd on vaccines and deworming. He's been around other dogs of all sizes, cats and kids. Jingle is currently being fostered in Cosby Tennessee
