About NyX

Nyx is a beautiful timid girl. She has had little training due to my health issues. She is very willing and treat driven. She loves car rides and going to the dog park. She plays well with dogs her own size but tends to be more dominant with smaller dogs. She CANNOT be in a home with a cat, she goes after the one she has grown up with. Sadly she is very bonded with her sister who is not available, she gets along great with the cat. Nyx is a snuggle bug and simply wants to be with her human. I have noticed she really takes to my landlord (man) in a perfect world he would be able to keep her. She is crate trained and walks well on the leash but needs work to stop her from bum rushing everyone we pass while on walks. My health conditions have worsened dramatically in the last few months forcing me to have to find a good home for her. This is very difficult for me as I have never done this before, I did not want anymore dogs after the loss of my 17yr old pit/American Bulldog mix, my landlord brought her & her sister and had them shipped here as a surprise! She has papers, I have not sent them in so she'll come with the ability to register her yourself- no breeding rights. She was $4500 if that matters? She has always been timid, we are not sure what went on before she moved here but sadly there is suspected abuse of some kind. She needs to be with someone who is calm, even tempered, no yelling or loud noises. She spooks easily- I joke that she's spookier than my Arabian ever was. She is very strong and bolts sometimes- after a squirrel or heard something that scared her but she doesn't take off just bolts and stops. She's going to need patience and understanding, but she is worth it. She is going to make someone the happiest person in the world when she's unlocked and adored as much as she deserves. She is microchipped and extremely healthy! She is truly a beautiful loving little girl who has so much to offer.. Please consider Nyx to be your partner in crime!
