He's ~75 lbs and is looking for a place to live out his golden years! Don't let his age fool you, he's a spry guy who loves to play and go for walks. He loves plushy toys that make squeaky sounds and will fetch and play tug-o-war with you! Shaggy is treat motivated, but he prefers toys over treats. He knows basic commands such as sit, paw, lay down and is working on his stay command. He's not a big puller, but he might if he sees something or someone exciting! He's met other dogs here and has done well, he's neutral toward other neutral males, but prefers females! He does well with both male and female people, but he seems more excited when the person is a male! In his previous home he's lived with many other dogs, cats, kids and livestock. He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $87.50 to bring home! If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458.
