About Lucy

'Hello friends! I'm your Vitameatavegamin girl!' My name is Lucy and I am a 1.5 year old whippet/pitbull mix! I was found as a stray until Love Connection stepped in and saved me. A little about my history. Unfortunately, I was forced to be a young mother and sadly I wasn't treated kindly as I am a bit timid and shy when you first meet me. But despite that, will you please let me show you that I do not have a mean bone in my body? I get along great with other dogs and even cats too! I haven't been able to have much experience with children yet so it is recommended that I get to live in a home with children 10 and older. I enjoy going for walks and I do very well on a leash! I love to play with toys! And when I'm very comfortable, I even love to enjoy snuggle time with my humans. Lastly, I will need an adopter who would be willing to put in the time, love, and patience into building that special bond with me and a home that is relatively calm!
