About Zar

Zar is a friendly Anatolian Shepherd who often runs in circles when he gets excited to see us. He likes people and gets along really well with female dogs. He is currently a livestock guardian for goats. He takes his job seriously, patrolling the property's perimeter everyday. He is so protective of his flock that he even scares the birds away! Yet he is gentle with people and walks well on a leash. When he finds time to relax he likes to be petted and brushed, and of course get his belly scratched.
