Wolfgang is a pure bred Anatolian Shepherd. He is a working dog that has been trained to protect goats. Despite being over two years old he has not grown out of his playfulness and he has bitten several of our goats. We do not think he can safely be used as a livestock guardian dog. He has lived with another male dog his entire life but is very aggressive towards unknown dogs as part of his training to protect goats. He is very good with people that he knows. He is distrustful of intruders if his owner isn't present. He is great with kids. We have brought our cats around him for training purposes and he shows no aggression but I wouldn't trust him alone. He will kill and eat just about any other small animal. He has always been an outdoor dog, he has never slept in the house. He was crate trained as a puppy as well as trained to be tied out on a long lead. He is great on the leash and he loves car rides. He is a wonderful dog and we love him very much. We hate to give him up but he just can't do his job for us. We have all of his information and medical records, they will be provided.
