About Fergus

Fergus is a male purebred German Shepherd going on 7 months old. Fergus does great with all people, kids, and other dogs and has a great disposition. He is very calm and laid back and would make a great companion. He has been well socialized and even appeared on WBTV news promoting Paws in the Park scheduled for Saturday, April 13. Please come out and meet him in person! Fergus is crate trained, potty trained, and does well walking on a leash. Fergus does have elbow dysplasia which the rescue has been treating. This has only limited any strenuous exercise. There are no restrictions on short walks or regular play. The rescue has also had x-rays of his hips and his hips are perfect. Fergus would be great for an adopter who is looking for a calm companion rather than an exercise partner and he is quite content lying by your side and snuggling.
