About Winky

Winky is a cute little guy. He is 9 mos. old and 35 lbs. His owner had too many dogs and just could not keep him. He is a pretty quiet boy that was raised with other dogs and children. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. We do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer.
