About Jack

[Read About Natural Cancer Care] Hi, I have a senior Jack Russell that we've been caring for. His owner died a year ago. We are no longer able to care for him and wanted to know if you would be able to take him in. He's approximately 13 years old from what we're told. He's neutered. He probably has gum disease because he has bad dog breath. We tried to brush his teeth but he clenches his jaw and moves his head away. He is able to eat without any noticeable issues. He inconsistently responds to his name but we're unsure if it's disobedience or loss of hearing due to age. We're unsure of other health issues since his owner died and the owner's roommate moved down south. He appears to get along with other dogs if they are around his size and age, but he's more of a loner and enjoys to sit at your feet or just be near. He doesn't actively seek them out to play but approaches them out of curiosity. He loves playing fetch and will bring the object back to you to throw. He has those spurts of energy at times and can do that for hours. He has to be let out to use the bathroom every 3-4 hours or so.
