About Venus

I rescued this girl on Wednesday April 3rd from the street as she witnessed her dog buddy get killed by a truck. The truck didn't stop and she almost got ran over too. She wouldn't leave the other dog's side. I kneeled and called her, She then came to me, I hugged her, and she put her head on my shoulder. She didn't have a collar. She seems good with my family and dog but scared at night. She seems potty trained and crate trained. She is dominating my dog and doesn't like to share her toys with him. She seems very protective of our house and a bit jumpy. It's probably the trauma she experienced on Wednesday. Please help.
