About Archer

Archer (Archie) is a 1.5 year old mixed breed dog. He gets along well with adults and kids but can be a bit on the pushy side just due to his age. He will snuggle with you on the couch for hours or will go all day at the farm. He knows basic commands, will walk on a leash with a gentle leader or collar, and is crate trained. He absolutely needs someone with a large yard or even farm to run on a daily basis. He is comfortable around horses and has been exposed to the multiple times. He is quite high energy and due to our current lifestyle we just can't meet his exercise needs. He would likely benefit from a home that he can come and go indoor/outdoor as he pleases as he can be somewhat spiteful if ignored and will have an accident in the house due to your inability to not immediately let him out of the house. We also do have him on a joint treat daily to maintain his joint health due to his activity level though he has never been sore or lame. Serious inquires only as this is not an easy decision for us as our son is attached to him.
