About Star-$50 Adoption Fee!

Adoption fee is $50 during our Bissell Empty the Shelters event 5/1 - 5/15!! Application must be submitted to secure an appointment! Hi I'm Star! My mama landed in the county shelter with me and my 5 siblings when were were just nursing babies. I'm so thankful Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue took us in and provided the medical and general care we all needed. I was the runt of the litter and watched all of my littermates find homes while my rescue continued to care for me so I could get big and strong for my forever family too. I'm now a healthy, happy girl and so ready for my new home! My mama is a smaller terrier mix and is just as sweet as can be and we have no idea who our daddy is, but we appear to be bully breed mixes. I am a calm, sweet pup, about 6 months old. I'll probably stay on the smaller side as well. My $350 adoption fee has been lowered to $50 and includes vet check, up to date vaccines, microchip, deworming and spay (to be done no later than July at one of GOFAR's vets in Ft. Myers).
