We love our Welshie and have had him since he was a puppy. He began to show dominance towards our 3 boys around 5 months old. We began training and learned behaviors to help him against resource guarding and ways to show him that we were in charge. He did exceptionally well with training and the issues we had with the adults in our home diminished. Unfortunately, he continues to show resource guard with our children and it has become a safety issue. He loves to play ball, enjoys doing the tricks he has learned in training, and going for walks. He is crate trained and mostly house broken, but shows dominance by having accidents in the boys rooms. He would thrive in an environment with no kids and a firm voice. We have breeding papers on him and all health information.
