About Percy

Hello everyone! My wife and I made the difficult decision that we need to rehome our 2 year old blue heeler Percy. We recently had a baby and while he is excellent with her, he's not excellent with everyone who comes to see her. Unfortunately this isn't new and he's always exhibited guarding behavior with us around some strangers. We've invested a lot of time and energy into behavior training and just can't make it work anymore, so we're hoping to find him a great home that can give him everything he needs. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and knows a bunch of commands. He gets along great with most dogs and he likes cats, though they have to either tolerate being herded or put him in his place early. We go on long walks most days but he's surprisingly content to chill with us indoors. PM me with any questions you might have. We're located in Orlando, Florida.
