About Willow

Willow is a gorgeous 1.5 year old staffie mix female pup who weighs about 50 pounds. She has a gorgeous brindle coat and big beautiful ears! Willow is super friendly and sweet. She loves people of all ages, loves other dogs and loves to roll around on the cool grass and get back scratches. Willow's worst day ever turned into her luckiest day ever a few months ago when after being hit by a car and laying on the side of the road in pain, she was found by a local veterinarian in Texas. They brought her back to the clinic, amputated her broken get and got her all fixed up and out of pain! Now she will head to WI where she will never have to live on the streets again and endure the pain and neglect she once did. She has been working hard on her potty and crate training, but her new family should be prepared to do additional training in these areas, as her routine in your home will be very different than what she is used to in a foster home in Texas. She is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. Willow's adoption fee will contribute to our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the Midwest. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis. She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday April 5th, and will be available for to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. Should you find that she is not a good fit for your family upon meeting, the deposit is refundable.
