KEEGAN - GREENVILLE NC at public shelter - LONGEST RESIDENT - Shelter is FULL!!!! Keegan came into the shelter a few days before Christmas, very emaciated and clearly had had a tough past. He has THRIVED since being at the shelter, as it is likely the first time in a long time he has been shown love. Keegan is absolutely thrilled each morning when the volunteers arrive and is just simply joyful. Keegan seems to be housetrained. The shelter is currently FULL and Keegan is unfortunately at risk of euthanasia any day now because he is the longest resident. Staff has held off as long as they can, but there is simply no room. Unfortunately, Keegan seems to be reactive to cats so he likely won't do well with cats in a home. He is also dog selective. But while out on walks, he isn't hyper-fixated. He doesn't pull towards other dogs. A meet and greet is recommended.
