Walks were his second favorite, he was super active and agile and fast until his injury. Niblet is in a lot of pain; it has changed his entire countenance and demeanor. He is so sad that we have discussed euthanizing him; but our vet suggested that we reach out to specific Corgi Rescues first to see if we could find someone to take him here. We believe his injury stems from his disproportionately large shoulders and teeny tiny (yet adorable) drumsticks (back legs) that could not support the weight of a bigger dog when they were playing last summer. Nibbles is a very sweet boy, but he has a big personal-space bubble that requires respect. Therefore he's not the best with younger kids. He is not a cuddler unless knows you and it is on his terms. He is SO smart and happy when he's not hurting. I love him so so so much and his pain is breaking my heart. He needs diagnostics, likely X-rays or MRIs. I am physically disabled and my husband has had a mystery illness for the last several years that we also have yet to diagnose. We are having to borrow money to live an have been unable to give him the care he needs.
