There was a stray, intact male in the neighborhood and he was reported to the police. Animal control wasn't able to come out and the police officer's recommendation was for my neighbor to shoot him. Long story short, the dog is in my garage. I can't keep him but was hoping to find some help without having to take him to a shelter where I know his chances aren't good.
