Penny is a sweet, mellow beagle mix who was found as a stray outside of Tupelo Mississippi, and taken into the rescue. She's lived with small children and other dogs and cats, and is fine with everyone, for a beagle she is very mellow but she does like to sniff! She would love a home with a nice yard to explore, and a family to give sloppy kisses too. Penny is housebroken and a loving dog. She will make a wonderful family member.
