We just found out about this X-Urgent, scared chow boy at the SEAACA Shelter in Downey, So Cal, who we are calling 'KOBA'. He looks young and weighs approximately 54 lbs. He came in as a stray and is now at risk for euthanasia. We are therefore desperately looking for a chow savvy foster or foster-to-adopt, and a rescue (rescue groups need fosters) to save his life!
