About Nyx

Nyx is a very energetic and playful dog. She listens well, walks well on a leash and aims to please her human. Although, when someone unfamiliar approaches, she becomes protective and will often bark. She appears intimidating but has never bitten or attempted to bite anyone. She's extremely affectionate and sweet. She loves to play but can sometimes be a little rough. She doesn't realize how strong she is, so she would be best suited for someone who can play rough with her. She also loves to play with her toys. She does well with adults and children once she gets used to them. She gets along well with most dogs, especially ones that don't mind her being in their space, as she wants them to play with her. Not sure about cats. She listens well and is not food or treat aggressive. Nyx is a great dog, an excellent protector and an amazing companion. The only reason I can't keep her is because my children and I recently had to move in with family members that also have two large female dogs. One is very dominant and doesn't do well with Nyx. The energy between them points to an imminent fight if given the chance. It not only causes constant worry and stress for the dogs but also for the entire household.
