ENZO Elkhound mix male (not neutered) 1-2 years old and 38 pounds Enzo came to us 4 days ago with no information. So, I can tell you he will be tested for HW and Lyme, get his vaccines and neutered when possible. This breed is known as hunter, guardian and herder. He will be loyal and make a great family dog if given the proper attention. He is young and needs plenty of room for exhausting his energy. Would be a great fit with a family on a farm or plenty of acreage. Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (dhpp), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information. We only accept cash. We cannot take checks, debit or credit cards. You may also call the shelter: Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm. Shelter public hours for visitation are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm. Applications can be emailed or faxed if requested.
