About Cleo

�ٻ�Cleo�ٻ� Oh Cleo. ���� Everyone was pushing to save Her and her 3 emaciated puppies from being put to sleep at the Kern County Shelter. She's been through so much! Her owner told AC that he will no longer feed her or her babies and they would starve to death. They all sat at the shelter for several weeks with no one to even look twice at them. They all had scabs and skin issues and were trying to put on weight in the scary shelter. We heard the plea and they tugged at our hearts. �����%8F Her pups have now left the nest and she has been left behind with no family to call her own. ���� While Cleo was at her first amazing foster home, she must have just stepped wrong or ran too hard. She tore her ACL! She had surgery to correct it. Came home. 3 days later, broke it again. We took her back and decided to have the veterinarian re-set the bone and soft cast it. She was in a soft cast for what seemed like forever. She now is cast free and limps every once in a while. But runs as fast as a bullet. She loves tossing her stuffies �٤� in the air. She also loves to just chill on the couch ���ܕ�%8F and be with her people. Cleo deserves a home where she can be her silly �٪� self. She needs a home with a person or family that will include her in what they do. She's fabulous in the car ��s� and would love to go on camping ��%8F���%8F trips, trips to the park or even to the bus ��s� stop. She would probably be best in a home with ages 10 and above. With proper introduction she should do well with another dog ��%90� friend. Probably no cats ��%90� though. Their movements might be too tempting for her curiosity.
