About Silvermist

This is Silvermist. She is a 5 year old maltipoo weighing around 8 lbs. She was a puppymill momma and no longer useful, so she is retired now and ready for a pampered life where she knows nothing but patience and love. She doesn't understand what love is. She will need to learn gentle touch and affection. She is a scared little momma but remains gentle and sweet. She doesn't bite or seek out attention. She tries to make herself small and unseen. She will allow you to pick her up, hold and cuddle her, but she doesn't understand it. Having other friendly dogs around will help her feel more comfortable, and eventually, she will seek out attention as they do. Who will give this little girl a loving home? She is good with respectful children and may even prefer them over adults. My guess is it will take her about 3 weeks to 3 months to fully come out of her shell and start to feel comfortable in her new home. If you have the patience to wait for this girls love, she will be worth it.
