About Jag

Hi! I am Jag (short for Jaguar)! Jag is wonderful, loving, male Tuxedo cat that needs a loving forever home. Jag is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He was a stray that was abandoned in a very rural area. I estimate he is about 2-2.5 year old (DOB guesstimate: May 2021). I have been his foster mom but need to find him a forever home by May due to housing, health, and job changes. Jag is a very social cat and seems to like other animals, both cats and small dogs. He needs a quiet house with adults that have experience with cats and introducing them together within time (if there are other cats or dogs in the house). We are not sure how he would do with young children. I know he likes small dogs because I have seen him run up to them and try to play with them on the ranch where we no longer live. He has been an indoor cat since I rescued him but I know he loves to be outside too. I have a feeling he grew up on a ranch outside with other animals. He loves to play with his feather fishing toys and jumps high in the air like an acrobat. He also loves his tunnel toys and squeaky mice and anything with feathers. He is house trained and is very clean (he loves to clean and will try to preen you) and he loves to snuggle and to be picked up. He loves to sit in his catio in the sun to warm up. I can supply litter boxes, food, dishes, a mobile catio, toys, and all of his medical records. There is a $65.00 adoption fee and I would like to meet the potential adopters and need information on where he will be living and that environment.
