About Mommy & Puppy

Mommy and Puppy are approximately 6 and 5 years old Shih Tzus who were rescued off the street by my mother. It was freezing cold and raining and she found them under a parked car. Sadly, my mom passed away last year from cancer and my dad has been caring for them. He is now no longer able to care for them due to his mobility. I am trying to find a new home for the two dogs, knowing how much my mom loved them. They are somewhat anxious and will bark when new people enter the house, but they are gentle and fine with kids. My daughter was with them while I was caring for my mom while she was 3 years old and she is loud and rambunctious. They do not bite, just bark. I don't have any pictures right now but Mommy is white/black/grey and Puppy is all black. They may be rough around the edges, but ultimately they're sweet dogs who like to snuggle in bed.
