About Samson

desperately seeking a new home for my neighbor's two Rottweilers. The neighbors are divorcing and neither can take the dogs, so if nobody takes them, they will take them to the pound. Time is extremely limited, as they are about to put their property on the market and want the dogs gone by then. They are not searching for new homes for these dogs! The whole family has already moved off the property, they left the dogs there and they try to check on them daily. The rotties are both 5 years old, up to date on shots and know basic commands. The boy, Samson, is intact. The girl, Sadie, has hip issues and walks with a limp. Both will bark and protect the property from trespassers, but I've been on the property with the invite of the home owners and both dogs were completely fine with me being there. Samson is very friendly and playful. Sadie is mostly disinterested in visitors. I'm unable to take these dogs on a permanent basis, as I have two very large dogs of my own. If I can't find the neighbor's rotties a home by the time they need to be gone, I can put temporary fencing up on my property and foster them for a bit.
