Mika is a 7 month old Akita rescued from a puppy mill. She was unwanted due to being born with a malformation of her left front leg. That did not stop her from being your typical puppy. At the end of January, she had her leg amputated and she did great! She is getting around just fine, is very social and loves to play with the other dogs.
