About Rocky

Sweet Male Pit Mix, he showed up behind our house at the edge of the woods almost 2 weeks ago. We called him to us to see if he had a collar, he did not. Put a post on Facebook, got contacted from the apparent owners sister telling us that the dog was a drop off and that the owner had been trying to get her sister to take him to the pound for weeks prior. We cannot keep him but do not want to send him to the pound. He seems very young and sweet, a bit skittish especially toward men, maybe some abuse took place? He is very good with our young daughter. He likes to play and will take things out of our garage to chew. He remains outside to free roam but he has not offered to leave our yard and has been here about two weeks. I feed and water him everyday but my husband is rushing me to hurry and find him a home before he calls animal control. ����
