About Kojak

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Oregon City, OR Meet Kojak! He is an 8 year old mini/medium Australian Shepherd and weighs 44 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn't on heartworm prevention. Kojak is good with cats and older children! No younger children, due to his reactivity! Kojak doesn't do well with some men and prefers women. He is good with smaller dogs, but nervous/aggressive towards larger dogs. Kojak bit the owner's brother-in-law's pant legs and doesn't like him. He is given carprofen for pain in his arm joint. The owner is surrendering him because he has developed jealous/ nervous behavior towards younger children. Her grandchild can't play outside, because Kojak gets jealous. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! He loves playing fetch, plays soccer, still very playful! He loves all women and loves to cuddle. He does great at the vet and getting his haircut. He does great on car rides. He's crate trained but sleeps inside on his dog bed. He is 100% house trained. Doesn't chew on any shoes or furniture. He does bark to let you know if cars pull up in the driveway or if someone knocks. He is extremely loving and extremely smart. He can do several tricks. Kojak needs lots of love and attention and he will be the best companion dog. Keep in mind, he is weary of new men in his life. LOVES women.
