About Rezy

I found this dog at Reservoir Park on March 21. It was dumped with a bandaged leg! We took her to the emergency vet to get her checked and medical attention. She will be staying there through Monday, April 5. It appears that she may have been a bait dog. Her teeth were filed and she had dog bites under her bandages. She is so sweet and looks like she will be okay. Her leg is healing. She received a full physical, shots, x-rays on her leg (not broken) and is being treated for hookworms. She is heartworm positive and will have to undergo treatment. We are covering the cost of that and the medical expenses to get her full recovery. We just want her to live a happy and healthy life. Our HOA only permits 2 dogs, so we won't be able to keep her long term. I am asking everyone I know, and have posted in several places for leads for anyone who would like to adopt or foster her. The Humane Society of Pulaski County is under quarantine, so it may be a while if they have a spot for her. I just want her to have a good life after what she's been through. If you are able to give this girl the love and attention she needs, she will be a great friend for life!
