Apollo is a wonderful Doberman who I rescued from someone who found him wandering the desert. They assumed he had either been dumped or got out around 4th of July and the vets they took him too said they believe him to be under 2 yrs of age. I have had Apollo since August 19th which has given him time to settle in in hopes that he could be my ESA. He is great with my two young children he knows most basic commands like sit and wait and lay down. However he gets very intense with other dogs. I have not been able to see in a safe environment if it is just excitement or aggression. I also currently live in an apartment which has made things difficult with a big dog. Apollo has started 'having accidents' inside my home which I can not have with 2 small children. I do believe if he is given the attention he deserves he would be a great dog! He just isn't the right fit for me and my family. He is microchipped, and up to date on vaccines as well as registered through SD humane Society. I also have treats, dog bed, dog crate (yes he is crate trained as well) collars, leashes and harnesses that will all go with him! I'm only asking a small rehoming fee to ensure he does not go to someone who will use him for breeding or fighting.
