He has gone through our CARE Prison Paws program where he learned level one obedience training, crate trained, leashed trained and will have his journal that was kept by his handler while in the program that goes home with him for you to enjoy and read. He is now in loving foster home with foster siblings. He is house trained and a fenced yard is recommended.
